HOW TO GET A MICROSOFT WORD READER FOR FREE
If you don't have Microsoft Word, go to the Microsoft free software site and download WORD VIEWER from http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/wdvw9716.aspx
HOW TO GET AN EXCEL READER FOR FREE
If you don't have Excel 2000, go to the Microsoft free software site and download EXCEL VIEWER from http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/xlviewer.aspx
HOW TO GET AN ADOBE ACROBAT READER FOR FREE
If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, go to the Adobe free software site and download ACROBAT VIEWER from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html
HOW TO UN-ZIP THOSE FILES
Almost all the files are compressed for fast download using the ZIP format. If you don't have an unzipper, go to http://www.winzip.com/ and download a free version of Nico Mak's WinZip.
IMAGES VIEWER
Images are in the standard .jpg format. To view them you will need some sort of graphics viewer. The best one I know of is Paintshop Pro, and the viewer is downloadable for free.
